General category of foods that were dried in the summers to be eaten in the Winter, things like Aaleh Wangun Tamater.
Since the valley was cut off from the world for mnths in the Winter, this was a very ingenious way for people to store food in the Ryetkal (Summer) so that it did not decay and could be eaten in the Wandeh (Winter)
