Shuhh
(known as Frostbite)
When body is exposed to subnormal temperature.
Fingertip , earlobe , nose , toes are more susceptible.
In management, gradual rewarming, pain medications are given.

Swelling that hurts on your feet if you did not wear socks in the winter and walked a lot on cold floors - not sure what it is called in English
