It is a mythological creature(female) in kashmiri folklore with its feet turned backwards and which preys on human males. It has a special comb in which all its power lies that is given to it by its mother. It is the master of disguise and can lure men by disguising itself in a very beautiful women. Once rantus likes someone it kidnaps its human male groom and traps him for rest of his life. And it also only gives birth to rantuses only. This word can also be sometimes used to troll certain girls or women.
