Part of a beautiful blessing in kashmiri "ur zoo dor kyoeth". ( Meaning good health and strong knees) Really appreciate it with a knee problem when I cd'nt walk / be on my feet. Despite all else being well, I could not be on my feet n hence dependant on others . .
